  • Document and create organised storage for items throughout the home.
  • Identify and recover all valuables.
  • Ensure safe passages to all rooms, entries and exits, including access to primary facilities, such as toilets, shower and bedrooms.
  • Recover, recycle and reuse all possible items, including electronic appliances, reducing waste in landfill.
  • Provide photo and video documentation upon request and consent.
  • Complete detailed clean-ups of any rodent or pest mess within the property.
